Please be aware that we process quotes on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may vary due to high order volumes at times. Additionally, our terms of service are conveniently provided on the quote questionnaire. Submitting the questionnaire indicates your acceptance of our terms of service. Our Catering Terms
and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

a. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm a booking. 

b. The balance payment is due 1 week prior to the event date. 

c. Payments can be made by cash or credit card. 

d. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. No refunds are given for cancellations unless I, Lonnie’s catering cancel.

b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel the event and will provide a full refund.

3. Menu and Dietary Requirements:

a. No changes to menu 30 days or less to the event. 

b. We will make reasonable accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies if provided with advance notice. 

4. Guest Count:

a. A final guest count is required 30 days before the event. 

b. This count will be used to determine the final invoice, and any decrease in guest count after this date will not result in a refund.

5. Equipment and Facilities:

a. The client is responsible for providing adequate facilities and equipment for the event, as discussed and agreed upon. 

b. Any damages to our equipment or facilities caused by the client or their guests will be the client’s responsibility to repair or replace.

6. Service Staff:

a. . A service charge may apply for the provision of service staff, and gratuities are at the client’s discretion.

7. Liability:

a. We carry liability insurance, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property during the event. 

b. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the event.

8. Changes and Additional Services:

a. Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. 

b. Additional services requested on the day of the event may incur additional charges.

9. Termination of Services:

a. We reserve the right to terminate services if the behavior of any person at the event becomes threatening, abusive, or illegal.

10. Force Majeure:

a. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control.
